Patients use their own smartphones or other digital devices to send requests to their care team from a menu. They have the choice to install a native app or to intuitively use the Cliniserve Web app. The menu contains only the options that match your stations' offers. For emergencies and elderly users without a smartphone, the nurse call system can be used as before. Since patients are only identified by a location-based code, no personal data is required for the use of the system.
Nurses receive patient requests in the Cliniserve app on smartphones that can be rented from Cliniserve for each ward - thanks to the flexible platform, any existing smartphones can also be used. Since the employee logs in at the beginning of the shift with a pseudonym, qualification and area, the requests are automatically assigned fittingly - service staff thus take over all service requests directly. The possibility to provide patients with feedback on the estimated time of arrival and to ask questions, makes it easy to prioritize inquiries. Required material can be directly brought along, thus saving employees double walking.
The solution can be used immediately without integration - only the number of required devices is needed and the station setup is specified via a short questionnaire.
